    • Southern California, California, United States
  • $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Job description

Strategic Partnerships & Account Manager

Southern California | Hybrid | $95,000–$120,000 + Performance Bonus

Grow relationships with brands that are changing what textiles can do.

What if the fabric in your clothing, bedding or performance gear could do more than simply cover you?

CELLIANT®, developed by Hologenix, is an infrared technology embedded into textiles and used by brands across apparel, wellness, sleep, performance and other consumer markets.

Hologenix is now looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of brand partnerships and help turn strong relationships into long-term commercial growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the relationship side of account management and the commercial side: identifying opportunities, growing revenue, solving problems, navigating negotiations and helping partners get more value from the relationship.

You'll work closely with the VP of Business Development and collaborate with teams across marketing, regulatory, supply chain and finance.

What you'll be doing

At the heart of this role is a portfolio of existing CELLIANT brand partners.

You'll become their primary day-to-day commercial contact, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their businesses, products and future plans.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Growing existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for expansion, renewals, upsells and new applications of CELLIANT technology.

  • Owning partner relationships and keeping conversations, commitments and commercial opportunities moving forward.

  • Running meaningful business reviews with your accounts and turning those conversations into clear actions and growth opportunities.

  • Supporting new partnerships by handling inbound opportunities, conducting early discovery and helping assess commercial fit.

  • Supporting commercial negotiations through research, financial scenarios, briefing materials, contract coordination and follow-up.

  • Connecting the dots internally, working with marketing, regulatory, supply chain and finance to make sure partners receive the support they need.

  • Keeping commercial information organised, including account activity, opportunities and partner information in Salesforce.

  • Working across an international business, collaborating with colleagues and partners in multiple markets.

You'll have autonomy over your accounts, while working closely with senior leadership when opportunities, negotiations or challenges require additional support.

Job requirements

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who has already developed strong commercial instincts through B2B account management, partnerships, business development, licensing or a similar relationship-led role.

You'll likely have:

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B commercial experience.

  • Experience managing your own portfolio of customers, accounts or partners.

  • Responsibility for commercial outcomes such as revenue growth, retention, renewals or expansion.

  • A track record of spotting opportunities within existing relationships and moving them forward.

  • Confidence communicating with different stakeholders, from operational and technical contacts through to senior decision-makers.

  • Strong written communication and the ability to turn complex information into clear, useful updates.

  • Good commercial judgement and the confidence to work independently.

  • Experience using a CRM to keep accounts, opportunities and follow-up organised.

  • The ability to manage several relationships and priorities without losing momentum.

Experience that would be valuable

Experience in any of the following would be a plus, but you don't need to tick every box to apply:

  • Apparel, textiles or textile-adjacent businesses

  • Consumer brands

  • Health and wellness

  • Sleep or performance products

  • Licensing, royalties or IP-based commercial models

  • Technical or regulated products

  • International account or partnership management

If your background is in another industry but you've successfully grown B2B accounts and built strong commercial relationships, we'd still like to hear from you.

What success looks like

This isn't an account-maintenance role.

Over your first year, you'll progressively take ownership of your assigned partnerships, build credibility with your accounts and identify where opportunities exist to strengthen and expand those relationships.

You'll ultimately be expected to grow revenue within your portfolio, contribute to successful renewals and expansion opportunities, and support the development of new CELLIANT partnerships.

Location & working arrangements

This is a hybrid position and candidates must currently be based in Southern California, within reasonable travelling distance of the Santa Monica/Pacific Palisades area.

Compensation & benefits

Base salary: $95,000–$120,000, depending on experience

Performance bonus: Annual bonus linked to new licensee revenue, existing account growth and key partnership milestones.

Benefits include:

  • Health, dental and vision coverage

  • Paid time off

  • Remote working

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership

  • Opportunity to manage meaningful commercial relationships with established brands
