Are you an experienced, smart, self-starter looking for your next lucrative opportunity in sales? Janarus - The Good Janitors, a leader in commercial cleaning for 28 years, is expanding our B2B outside sales team in the Middle TN market. This hybrid role (2 days/week in-office), based out of Brentwood, covers a 60-mile radius from central Nashville, encompassing 10 northern counties of Middle TN. We're seeking a driven Account Executive who excels at generating new business and building lasting client relationships.

Your Earning Potential

This is a full-time W2 position offering a base salary of $48,000 per year, designed for significant growth through our aggressive, uncapped commission structure.

  • First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $90,000

  • Second-Year Earnings Potential: $125,000 - $150,000

  • Uncapped Commissions: Earn up to 30% of the contract price

  • Generous Bonuses: Quarterly and annual bonuses ranging from $20,000 to $88,000 annually

  • Residual Commissions: Ongoing residual commissions on renewals

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily prospecting and cold calling will be your number one indicator of success.

  • Learn our product and service offerings inside and out so that you can have productive conversations with potential customers.

  • Research, qualify, and follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

  • Developing meaningful, trusting relationships with customers by providing consultative solutions and unmatched professional customer service.

  • Strong problem-solving skills will be crucial to develop proposals that you will then present to potential customers.

  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas as assigned.

  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information will open the door to expanding new and existing accounts for more sales opportunities.

  • Responsible for managing and organizing multiple projects at one time to ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Must be a team player who can work with operations to ensure they oversee the execution of the sold proposals to ensure accuracy.

  • Organize and report all daily activity in Salesforce.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years' experience selling B2B within assigned territories.

  • You have a track record of driving results in prior sales roles.

  • Proven success in prospecting both in person and by phone.

  • Strong phone presence and experience prospecting to build your lead funnel.

  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Strong listening and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office.

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.

  • Prior experience selling to industrial, medical, retail/offices is a plus.
