As a Sales Executive with our packaging supplies company, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new sales growth as well as client satisfaction. This role combines account management with new business development, allowing you to expand existing accounts while actively seeking new opportunities. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to manage, retain, and grow client accounts while actively driving new business development. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and identify opportunities to expand business. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by nurturing existing accounts and uncovering new expansion opportunities.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Grow new business sales through a combination of provided leads, networking, and referrals.
· Identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies for portfolio expansion.
· Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
· Create account plans aligned with company goals and document client interactions.
· Meet and exceed revenue goals while tracking key sales metrics.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Proven sales experience in B2B product-based business with a track record of measurable success.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to identify growth opportunities and upsell products/services.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Qualifications:
· Familiarity with packaging supplies, e-commerce, or related industries.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Experience with CRM software to track client interactions and sales performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Base Salary: $60,000 annually
· Uncapped Commissions: On-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000, with potential for higher earnings
· Health Insurance compensation
· Paid time off
