The Role: Inside Sales Representative

We are hiring a driven, consultative inside sales representative to help us expand Emerse Sales’ client base and guide prospective business owners, executives, and sales leaders into our proven sales growth programs.

This role is part sales development and part sales advisory- —perfect for someone who loves helping organizations win, thrives in structured sales environments with sixty-day or less sales cycles, and wants to sharpen their sales craft inside a world-class sales system.

What You’ll Do

This role owns the entire Emerse Sales Process — driving new conversations, managing every stage of sales cycles, ensuring an appropriate handoff to an Emerse Coach, and delivering value throughout our structured buyer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a high-volume, high-quality inbound/outbound motion targeting owner-led and executive-led small to mid-sized businesses.

  • Conduct research and personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email, phone, and video messaging & AI

  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using the Emerse Discovery Framework.

  • Lead Discovery and Scorecard sessions to assess a prospect’s sales function across the Six Pillars of the Emerse Sales System.

  • Collaborate with Emerse Sales Leadership to shape tailored solutions and guide prospects into decision-making through immediate and ROI dialog.

  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene — logging notes, updating deal stages, and tracking key metrics daily.

  • Act as a trusted advisor — positioning Emerse as a strategic growth partner, not a transactional service provider.

  • Support continuous improvement of our outreach playbooks, templates, and messaging based on live prospect feedback.

Job requirements

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in an inside full-cycle sales role (preferably in a consulting, agency, SaaS, or B2B services environment).

  • Proven experience conducting discovery calls and managing consultative sales cycles.

  • Comfort using CRM platforms

  • Strong written communication skills and presentation skills— personalization and messaging are critical.

  • Experience selling to owner-led and executive buyers is a bonus.
