About the Role

An ECS European Sales Executive is passionate about driving growth by building strong, long-lasting relationships as a trusted adviser within the fire sprinkler contractor market. You will be diligent, self‑motivated, and determined to grow both existing accounts and new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.

As an ECS European Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company while working alongside a team of high performers selling industry-leading products and services at the leading edge of corrosion management technology.

At ECS, you will witness the impact of your efforts daily—through customer success, account growth, and measurable sales results.

An ECS European Sales Executive motivated to:

  • Pursue significant revenue growth within the European territory

  • Grow and support existing ECS fire sprinkler contractor accounts

  • Identify, research, and qualify new sales leads

  • Follow up and convert assigned sales-qualified leads

  • Cold call and prospect new accounts and contacts

  • Conduct face-to-face customer meetings and presentations

  • Educate and train customer teams on ECS products, services, and corrosion management processes

  • Manage pipeline and opportunities through all stages of the sales process

  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records (Salesforce)

  • Be accountable to established internal and external KPIs

  • Participate in and engage with relevant industry organizations

  • Travel regularly across the UK and Ireland to support customers

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in the Netherlands for operational and time zone alignment. Travel is expected 50–70% within the region.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required
