Salary: OTE $180k+
Overview:
Are you a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with a passion for building high-performing sales teams?
ECS seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and develop our new Enterprise Sales team. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by targeting enterprise-level, end-user accounts, and executing on our ambitious growth plans.
You will be the driving force behind direct sales efforts to property owners, managers, insurers, and other key influencers within major industry verticals. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead a team and establish the future of ECS’s Enterprise Sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Lead: Develop ECS’s Enterprise Sales team from the ground up, focusing on direct sales to end-user accounts.
- Drive Growth: Identify and pursue key end-user accounts, forging relationships with decision-makers within targeted industry verticals.
- Strategic Leadership: Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the team meets and exceeds aggressive growth targets.
- Sales Process Development: Create, implement, and continuously refine the Enterprise Sales playbook. Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent execution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather competitive insights, and collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to introduce new offerings.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Contractor Sales team to push opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Team Development: Recruit, coach, and evaluate the performance of your team. Conduct field observations and provide actionable feedback for improvement
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong track record of sales leadership success (5+ years) and the ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to make tough decisions with limited data and drive accountability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with large groups.
- Experience in sales planning, CRM (Salesforce) management, and the ability to analyze and communicate trends.
- Available to travel at least 25% of the time to engage with clients and support the team.
Preferred Skills:
- Marketing plan development.
- Moderate technical skills and familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven success leading sales teams and managing CRM systems (Salesforce).
