The Role:
We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and organised Engagement Coordinator to support seamless coaching engagements and recruitment activities. This is a dynamic role where you'll handle multiple priorities, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain essential relationships with clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys finding creative solutions to challenges.
What You'll Do (but not limited to):
Recruitment Campaigns:
Source candidates via job boards and platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
Screen and shortlist candidates for client recruitment needs
Schedule interviews and maintain communication between candidates and clients
Client Engagement Administration:
Prepare and deliver key documents for coaching engagements
Maintain accurate client records and engagement schedules
Client Feedback Coordination:
Conduct calls with clients to gather feedback
Document insights and share actionable recommendations with the coaching team
Operational Support:
Improve and streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency

Jump on client calls to gather feedback and insights
