About the Client Success Team

The client success team at NCI is the lifeline between our clients and the company. This team’s job is to nurture our clients and help them through pain points to get to the heart of a problem and try to find a solution, even if it means not making a sale. We take every client correspondence with the following in mind:

  • People-first approach: We are taking care of the person on the other end of the phone first and foremost.

  • Education: We learn the most about our business from our clients. We should be learning something about their business, pain points, feedback, etc. with every correspondence.

  • Outstanding service: We aim to offer our clients the best possible support and service. When mistakes happen, we take ownership of what is ours and make it right for our client.

Role Overview

A client success representative is responsible for the day-to-day care of NCI’s clients. These tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Checking in on current clients, including both Wholesale and Resale

  • Monitoring accounts to identify the possibility of client churn

  • Processing orders

  • Providing status updates to clients upon request

  • Assist in market research for existing and potential projects

  • Assist in marketing campaigns

  • Responding to client feedback and reporting insights to the team on what can be improved (e.g. policy changes, content creation, messaging)

  • Collaborate on training materials to be used within the department

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B experience, ideally in food, beverage, or cleaning chemicals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Naturally curious and committed to continuous learning

  • Comfortable working independently and solving problems proactively

  • Basic tech proficiency (Microsoft Suite and/or Business Central)

  • GED or equivalent required

  • Must pass a background check

  • Cultural fit: ethical, professional, easygoing, and resilient

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage: $24–$30/hour
