POSITION: FULL-TIME
LOCATION: MIAMI, FL (MIAMI-DADE AND BROWARD COUNTY)

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Sales & Business Development
Identify, target, and secure catering contracts with large companies, event venues, stadiums, country clubs, and luxury brands.
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and hospitality professionals.
Drive revenue by prospecting new business, leveraging industry connections, and following up on leads.
Customize catering proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Client Relations & Event Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring seamless event execution.
Work closely with the culinary and operations team to tailor menus and presentation for VIP events.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to promote our brand.
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings in the Miami catering and event market.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns targeting elite clientele.
Develop innovative sales strategies to expand our reach in corporate and luxury markets.
Job requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in catering, hospitality, or event sales (luxury or corporate sales preferred).
Established network in Miami’s corporate, event, or luxury hospitality industries.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills – you’re a closer!
Passion for high-end dining and event experiences – understanding sushi and Japanese cuisine is a plus.
Self-starter mentality – ability to drive sales and manage a high-volume pipeline.
Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events to build relationships and drive business.
Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up
Be a “quick study” who is willing to go the extra mile and guide individual efforts.
Strong administrative skill set and ability to handle a full workload
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office – word, excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Restaurant 365 and Intuit Quick books a plus!
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present and lead conversations confidently at senior levels of an organization.
Ability to respond appropriately to both positive feedback and constructive criticism.
Excellent people, time, and project management skills
