About the Role
We're seeking a focused, resilient, and tenacious Business Development Representative to help grow NCI’s reach into new markets and accounts. In this role, you'll drive new business by identifying leads, opening doors, and building relationships—while communicating the value and safety of our trusted products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage new prospects in the food service, beverage, hospitality, and grocery sectors
Use phone, email, trade shows, and in-person visits to generate leads and book meetings
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs and position NCI’s products
Build and maintain long-term relationships rooted in trust, product knowledge, and service
Manage full sales cycle and address objections with product knowledge and confidence
Travel up to 30% for trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits

What You Bring
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with high initiative and reliability
Industry experience in food safety or chemical sales (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000
Commission: 10%–20% (Quota: $1M–$3M+)
