Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy:
Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan that aligns with Emerse’s growth goals. Identify potential partners, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize relationships that drive revenue and market expansion. - Building and Nurturing Partnerships:
Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key strategic partners, ensuring that these collaborations deliver mutual value. This includes managing ongoing communication, fostering collaboration, and identifying new ways to grow the partnership. - Collaborative Growth:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partnerships are aligned with Emerse’s go-to-market strategy and that partner-generated leads are fully integrated into the sales pipeline. - Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
Lead negotiations and create partnership agreements that support the growth of Emerse while ensuring both parties benefit from the collaboration. Structure deals that enhance Emerse’s market positioning and drive mutual success. - Data-Driven Relationship Management:
Analyze partnership performance and use data to optimize partner relationships. Monitor KPIs and ensure that partnerships are generating value for both Emerse and the partner.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships, ideally within a professional services or sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing long-term relationships that drive revenue growth and business success.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- High degree of professionalism and alignment with Emerse's values.
Experience
- Partnership Development and Management:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of success in driving mutual value through collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking and Execution:
- Experience in developing partnership strategies that align with business goals and in executing these strategies to drive measurable results.
- Negotiation and Deal-Making:
- Proven ability to negotiate win-win partnerships that drive business growth and enhance the company’s market presence.
Additional Skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with global partnerships or working across different regions is a plus.
