WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As a Senior Account Executive (Inside Sales) at Emerse, you will play a key role in driving our commercial success. This is a full-cycle inside sales role — from prospecting to close — focused on engaging senior executives and decision-makers at high-growth companies.
You’ll work directly with C-level leaders, navigating complex sales cycles and positioning Emerse’s services as mission-critical to their growth strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN INSIDE SALESPERSON AT EMERSE:

Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal and close

Conduct deep, consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (typically at C-level)

Build a high-quality pipeline through both inbound and outbound strategies

Identify client needs and align Emerse solutions with clear business outcomes

Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure seamless client handover and onboarding

Maintain a strong CRM hygiene and consistently report on pipeline health and forecast accuracy

Act as a brand ambassador for Emerse in every interaction
