Join Janarus – The Good Janitors, a trusted name in commercial cleaning for over 28 years. We’re expanding our outside sales team in the Middle Tennessee market and seeking an experienced Territory Sales Account Executive who’s ready to take their career – and income – to the next level.

  • Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid – 2 days in office, travel within 60-mile radius across 10 counties)

  • Type: Full-time, W2 position with base $48,000-$60,000 + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses ($70K–$90K Year 1, $125K–$150K+ Year 2)

Your Opportunity: Earn What You’re Worth

This is more than a job—it’s a six-figure income opportunity:

  • 1st Year OTE: $75,000-100,000

  • 2nd Year: High performers earn $125,000–$150,000

  • Future Potential: Grow to $150K–$200K+ annually

  • Uncapped Commissions: Up to 30% of contract value

  • Residual Commissions on contract renewals

  • Quarterly & Annual Bonuses: $20K–$88K per year

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct daily prospecting and cold calling

  • Master our services to lead value-driven conversations

  • Qualify, follow up, and nurture leads through the sales cycle

  • Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions

  • Build strong, consultative relationships

  • Develop and present tailored proposals

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure flawless service delivery

  • Track all activities in Salesforce CRM

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

You are:

  • A hunter who thrives on winning new business

  • A coachable, high-performer with grit and ambition

  • Experienced in B2B field sales (3–5 years) within a territory

  • Results-driven with a proven ability to hit sales goals

  • Excellent at phone prospecting, listening, and presenting

  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

  • A strong communicator who values trust and long-term relationships

Experience selling into industrial, retail, medical, or office sectors will be beneficial.
